Welcome to SightCoach™. By creating an account and using this service, you agree to these plain-English terms. We've kept them simple so you know exactly what to expect.

1. What SightCoach Is (And Isn't)

SightCoach™ is an AI-powered vision assistant designed to help you solve problems, learn, and work through tasks by seeing what you see. It uses advanced artificial intelligence to analyze images and provide guidance.

Important: AI can make mistakes. The responses generated by SightCoach™ are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or safety of the advice provided. You are solely responsible for your own actions and decisions based on the AI's output.

2. Subscription and Payments

• Access to SightCoach™ requires a monthly subscription of $99 CAD (early registration rate). Price may increase as new features launch; early registrants are locked in at their original rate.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider (Square).
• There are no refunds for partial months or unused time. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Standard accounts are limited to 700 interactions per month to prevent abuse and manage costs.

3. Privacy and Your Data

We respect your privacy. Here is how we handle your data:

• Conversation History: We store your chat history and project summaries to power the "memory" feature, allowing SightCoach™ to remember context across sessions.
• Images: Images captured via your camera or screen share are sent to our AI providers (like OpenAI) for analysis. They are not permanently stored on our servers unless explicitly saved as part of your project history.
• No Selling Data: We do not sell your personal data, conversation history, or images to third parties.
• Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): If you choose to provide your own API keys for secondary AI models, they are stored securely and used only to process your requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SightCoach™ for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Generating or analyzing illegal content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Sharing your account or invite codes with unauthorized users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The SightCoach™ name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of The AiRT Group. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AiRT Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use SightCoach™.
